Read through Daniel chapter two.
  I think it’s so interesting to see how God works so He gets the glory.
  First of all He give Nebuchadnezzar this dream and then King Neb decides to ask his wise men to interpret the dream without telling them the dream itself.
  As his astrologers say in v. 10, “There is not a man on earth who can do what the King asks!”
  And that is so true.
  Man can not, but God can.
  And as God revealed it all to Daniel, he was sure to let the king know that it’s not him doing it, but the “God in heaven who reveals mysteries.” (v. 28)
  God is elevated and glorified through Daniel’s obedience and humility.

As you read the chapter, think through some of these things:

1. How did Daniel respond initially when he heard about the king’s orders?
2. How would you have responded if you were Daniel?
3. How did his friends help out?
4. How did Daniel respond when God revealed the dream and interpretation to him?
5. How did he approach the king?
6. How did King Neb respond when the dream and interpretation were revealed?
7. What did Daniel do first when the king promoted him?
