I have been recieving many questions about Reimbursements.  This is all your FYM Handbook on page 31, but I think it is needed to be posted for all to read again.  Take the time to read it again.  This is important info.

Once your entire trip and airfare is paid for, you may submit your additional trip expenses to us for reimbursement from your account.
The allowable reimbursements are those expenses which you incur as a direct result of your participation on this trip.
The IRS limits us on what can be reimbursed, what they consider direct expenses for this trip.
The items you can submit for reimbursement are:
any airfare tickets (to and from Atlanta and airfare at Christmas break), additional medical insurance, shots needed, passport and visa expenses.
To be reimbursed for these expenses, you MUST submit your receipts to us prior to leaving for your country.
We will then process those receipts and reimburse you in the month of September if you have enough funds or reimburse you in May upon completion of the trip, but only if funds are available.
Any additional money which comes in after May 31 will go toward covering any trip deficit you may have, but cannot be used for reimbursement of expenses.
NO REIMBURSEMENTS WILL BE MADE AFTER MAY 31 of the year you return.

When submitting receipts to us, please fill out the reimbursement form included in this handbook.
Again, ALL REIMBURSEMENT REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO US PRIOR TO YOU GOING OUT.
The only exceptions to this would be if you have not purchased your plane ticket for Christmas and want to submit that or for any emergency expenses you incur on the field.
Any other receipts turned in after you leave will not be able to be reimbursed.

The Reimbursment Form is located on page 32.
