Time is clicking away for the departure of your trips.  Everyone is trying to get things done and asking many questions.  Dave and I are here to answer your questions and we enjoy helping you out.  BUT...  Before you send us an email asking a question, ask yourself:  Is that answered in the handbook, on the blog page or somewhere else.  It is very busy in the office making sure each person is ready to go with all the neccessary documents in place.  Please don't take this as us saying that we do not want to answer your questions or to stop emailing us, that is not the case.  Just make sure it is not a question that you can answer yourself.

Common questions this week:

When are the rest of the team pictures getting posted?  I hope by the end of the week.  Do realize that there are deadlines that I must meet with other things, and there is not a deadline with the pictures.  So it is something that does get pushed back.  I will do it as soon as I can.

When are the airline tickets being taken out of our accounts and how much did the flights cost?  DR, England and Kenya are completed.  Look online and check your account and you can see for yourself.  The rest will be done by the end of the week, hopefully.  Again, it is something that gets pushed back when other deadlines come in play.

Do I have all my paperwork in?  If you have NOT received an email from me letting you know what paperwork is not in, then you have it all in.  I have sent out personal emails to each person who still needs to get things in.  I will continue to email people to let them know to get it in.  But please do realize that this needs to get taken care of immediately.  The more I have to ask, the more time it takes me.

Again, this is not a blog entry to tell you to quit emailing us.  We still want to know what is going on in your lives.  We still pray for you and we still care about each one of you individually.   I want to focus more on those things.  Just to help you realize that in the last two days, I have recieved 27 emails just asking those three questions. 

We love you guys, and can't wait to have you come to Training Camp and spend time with each one of you.
