IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

On September 6, if driving you are to arrive between 4-5PM.  THe bus will be leaving the airport at 2:30 and it is about an hour and half drive.  The directions are posted.  We are having a parents meeting after everyone arrives to allow your parents to ask any question they may have.  Your parents are welcome to stay for supper. 

On September 2o, at 7AM we will be having the commissioning service for the Kenya Team.  At 8AM will be breakfast and then the rest of the day until 2PM will be free time.  We will be taking you to do Laundry and Walmart.  If your parents are here you may go with them during this time.  The Kenya Team will be leaving from AIM to go to the airport at 2PM.  The rest of the teams will be having their commissioning service at 8PM.  Parents are very welcome!

We are recommending that you stay at the Hampton Inn in Gainesville, so that you can all stay at the same place.  Of course, if you find a better rate somewhere else, feel free to go there.  The phone number is 770-503-0300 or 1-800-HAMPTON.  The address is:  450 Jesse Jewell Parkway, Gainesville

We have updates that are posted on the web from your trip.  About twice a week, someone from the team will post an update and pictures on our web site.  THis is a great way for your parents to hear what is going on.
