REAL LIFE TRAINING CAMP 

Excitement is in the air at AIM’s headquarters.
  This week is the Real Life Teams Training Camp, our first training camp of the year.
  Real Life is our three month trips all around the world.
  Pray for them this week and they will be going through a lot of training and then flying out to their locations.

MORE SPOTS AVAILABLE

A few weeks ago we told you that we were full to capacity except for Mexico.
  God continues to bless the FYM ministry in big ways.
  We have been able to add more spots to several of our locations.
  We can take 8 more girls and 8 more guys.
  PTL!
  We have a great opportunity to start a new FYM site in Johannesburg.
  We are looking for 4 brave souls who will help us open up a new site.
  We will be partnering with another organization.

SUPPORT

Support continues to come in nicely for many of you.
  Some of you need to get going.
  I feel like a broken record about this but you will appreciate it when the time gets closer.
  If you have not sent out a mailing in the last 4 weeks then you need to do it TODAY!
  Check the support raising guide and see the example of the newsletter.
  Even if your full support is in, people like to hear about you.
  They have invested in you and you owe it to them to communicate.
  If you are not fully supported, then you really need to send out another mailing. 
 

Your support needs to be at $1,000 by June 1.  Some of you need to work hard at obtaining that goal. 

CHECK YOUR SUPPORT ONLINE

Many of you have been asking how you can check you support online.
  You need to go back and log in on our database with your email address and password.
  Then follow the link to your online account and you should have a list of all the people who have donated to your trip.
  If you can not view the list, please let me know and I will fix it for you.
  Have you written Thank-you notes to each person who has contributed?

PLEDGES

You can tell online if they have made a pledge.
  I scan the card and email it to you.
  I usually get the cards scanned once a week.
  So if you have not gotten an email from me to say it is a pledge then it is not.
  When you come to training camp you will receive all your cards.

STARTING DATE

The web site says that we start on September 1.
  THAT IS INCORRECT!
  Go by the FYM handbook.
  The start date is September 6.
 

UPDATED FYM HANDBOOK

The FYM Handbook has been updated and some of you have been accepted before the updated one was finished.
  I am going to be emailing everyone the updated FYM Handbook.
  Please use that for now on.
  We also have updated the site handbooks and I will be email that by teams als
 

IMPORTANT PAPERS ARE DUE JULY 1

On July 1 the rest of your papers are due: Travel Arrangement Form, Proof of Insurance, Shot Record and Medical Release.
  The Medical Release needs to be notarized so you need to get on that NOW!
  You can send those forms in at any time.
  The sooner the better, it helps me out so much.
  Do not delay on taking care of this, get on this today!  

 
I know this is a lot of random info but important info.
  It is also a lot of stuff to take care of.
  The more work you do on it now, the better for all of us.
  Do not procrastinate, do it TODAY!
